Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods ordered, provided that these goods are returned to Ecopac (UK) Ltd at the address above and in good, resalable condition.

Notification of the cancellation of an order should in the first instance be made to our customer support team by telephone or email, using the contact details above.

When an order is cancelled and the goods are received back at Ecopac (UK) Ltd in good, resalable condition then a full refund will be made to the card used to make the payment less a restocking / handling charge of £5.
